Matt Durbin Team Named #1 eXp Realty Team in Pennsylvania by Volume for 2025

We don't talk about awards very often. But this one is worth sharing — not because of what it says about us, but because of what it says about the people who trusted us with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

eXp Realty recently released its 2025 Top Producers rankings, and the Matt Durbin Team was recognized across four categories:

• #1 team in Pennsylvania by volume sold
• #2 team in Pennsylvania by number of transactions
• #106 team in the United States by number of transactions
• #164 team in the United States by volume sold

These rankings are based on closed and finalized transactions from January 1 through December 31, 2025, across eXp Realty's entire national network.

What This Means in Practice

Rankings like these are the result of a lot of individual transactions that each went right. A first-time buyer who got into a home in a competitive market. A seller who needed a fast close and got it. A move-up buyer navigating the sale of their current home and the purchase of a new one at the same time.
